THE WHITEWING
EWW-180

EWW-180 also known as the Whitewing is the evolution of The Blackwing. This model is powered by a propeller that will give you a greater efficiency making this version ideal for long autonomous travels or long range FPV flight. Nevertheless you can also get the EDF version. Both versions can be interchanged because the wing is detable thanks to an innovative and totally 3d printed locking mechanism patented by Eclipson Airplanes, the system is as simple as effective and the airflow will ensure that the latch is closed during the flight. The aerodynamic has been improved mainly thanks to the use of a nonlinear wing torsion, a higher aspect ratio and a lower static margin that was possible due to the use of winglets, this airplane reaches the impressive glide ratio of 19 to 1 at 40 km/h (PLA version). This means that the aircraft can not be used only like UAV/FPV model but also like a motor glider.

TUTORIALS

In case you don´t have previous experience with drones /FPV planes the following tutorials will help you to understand how to properly set up your flight controller using Inav or Arduplane.

Inav is preferred over Arduplane for beginners due to its simplicity , nevertheless arduplane is a more powerful tool especially to plan way point mission.

USING ARDUPLANE

In case you decide working with arduplane use the recommended Matek Systems F405-WING because F411 is not compatible.
