Eclipson Model 3D is a high-performance aerobatic RC aircraft designed for precision 3D flying as well as smooth sport flights. Its lightweight construction and optimized aerodynamics allow it to perform a full range of manoeuvres with exceptional stability and control, rivaling the best foam models on the market but at a fraction of the cost. Every detail has been engineered for efficiency and ease of use. The airframe is fully compatible with spiral vase 3D printing, producing lightweight, seamless parts with continuous extrusion. This approach delivers smooth surfaces, reduces material usage, and makes the printing process exceptionally straightforward. A male-female connection system ensures perfect part alignment and a strong, durable structure. Optional vortex generators can be installed to enhance airflow and improve control during low-speed manoeuvres. Although purpose-built for advanced aerobatics, the Model 3D is equally suited to relaxed sport flying, making it an ideal choice for pilots of various skill levels. For those still building experience, the design accommodates a standard motor setup that provides gentler performance without sacrificing flight quality. The result is a versatile, durable, and easy-to-build RC plane that offers the thrill of precise aerobatic flight along with the practicality and accessibility of modern 3D printing
